The Diploma in Family Law is particularly suitable for guidance and mediation counsellors, legal and court staff, welfare officers, accountants and all those requiring knowledge of current family law within their profession. It is also suitable for individuals with an interest in the subject.
The objective of the course is to provide extensive knowledge of current Irish Family Law. The course will include an overview of current practice and experience. It covers all aspects of family law including the engagement, the legal aspects of the marriage and the way in which children should be considered in the event of a marriage breakdown.
Our lecturers are acting practitioners and fully versed in all aspects of the subject.Course Format
