You can take a Taxi, which will cost you about €25 - €30. There is a regualr bus service from Shannon airport to Limerick City VCentre and Griffith College is within walking distance of the bus terminal. The College also provides a collection service for a fee of €50.What services and facilities do you have?
Griffith College has many services and facilities for students to use, including student accommodation in partner student residences, a student recreation room, with tea and coffee making facilities free to use. Absolutely, just indicate on your application form your preferred accommodation requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.What qualifications do the teachers have?
All our teachers are qualified with at least a degree and approved teaching certificates; in addition we have a policy of employing those with more experience and higher levels of qualifications. We also support those who want to gain further qualifications through staff development.
Do I pay extra for books?
No, the price you pay is inclusive of all materials received, longer term (over 8 weeks) you will get to keep the course books you are given. For students on shorter courses - less than 8 weeks - you will have to pay for your course books if you wish to keep them.Is there a registration fee?
No, the fee you pay includes your registration fee.If I think the class is the wrong level, can I change?
If you feel that the class is the wrong level, speak to your teacher and the Director of Studies. If they agree with you then you can move to a different level. Remember we want the best for you.
Who will be in my class?
You will have a variety of nationalities in your class, from Europe, Asia and South America, the ages will vary, there will be a mix of male and female.
How many students will be in my class?
There will be no more than 15 students in a class and typically there is 8 - 12.
Will my Classes be in the Morning or the Afternoon?
Usually classes run in the morning, but when demand is high there are also afternoon classes.Do you have all the information you need?
