Catherine Horgan BBS, MBS, Chartered MCIPD
Catherine has delivered education and training courses in a variety of business subjects in the Irish third level sector over the past thirteen years. Colleges where she has worked include the Institute of Technology, Tralee and the University of Limerick. Her MBS thesis was funded by the Irish American Partnership Scholar Programme and her research thesis was The Learning Organisation - An Exploratory Study. Catherine has also delivered specialist corporate training courses in supervisory management, business customer care and human resource development at Griffith College where she was also course leader on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development accredited Certificate in Training Practice. She has studied at the Institute of Technology, Tralee and the University of Limerick, receiving prizes for academic achievement in both institutions. She is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development Chartered (MCIPD). As an independent training consultant Catherine has offered training courses to individuals and companies in customer care, business management, training and development and Employment Law. She is a highly experienced training practitioner, having designed and delivered training courses for both indigenous and multi-national companies based in Ireland. Catherine is currently Course Coordinator and Senior Lecturer for the Faculty of Business Studies, Griffith College Limerick where she lectures in Management, Organisational Behaviour and Law.
Orla Fahy
BBS (Hons) and M.Sc. HRM (Hons); University of Limerick
Orla Fahy received her BBS (Hons) and M.Sc. HRM (Hons) from the University of Limerick. Prior to attending university, Orla worked mainly in the hospitality industry in a managerial capacity and as Irish bar consultant in a number of different countries. She was a lecturer in various business modules in the University of Limerick from 2005-2011 and had an active role in the UL Regional Writing Centre. She currently works as a consultant for various businesses and has been a lecturer in Griffith College Limerick since 2007.Frank Lohan B Comm ACMA
Frank graduated with a BComm from University College Cork in 1996. He then joined Glanbia Foods as part of their Graduate Recruitment Programme and completed his professional Chartered Management Accounting exams with CIMA in 1999 while working as a Management Accountant with Glanbia Meats. Since then his has spent the last 10 years working in the Pharmaceutical industry with GSK in Cork and UCB (formerly Schwarz Pharma Limited) in Shannon in Finance Manager and Financial Accounting roles. In 2010, Frank completed a Diploma in Training and Education in NUIG and has produced training course in industry on IFRS accounting standards and has lectured with Griffith College Limerick since 2010. In 2011 he started his own accounting practice Frank Lohan Accounting Business & Financial Services based in Shannon, Co Clare supporting SME's and Private clients in the Midwest. The aim of the practice is partner with its client to bring top class industry experience and add value to their businesses. Frank is well known in sporting circles winning 2 All - Ireland hurling medals and an All-star with Clare hurlers in the 1990's. Niamh Ni Aodha

Niamh Ni Aodha lectures in all areas of business management with particular expertise and experience in SME Management and Entrepreneurship. Subject areas include Management and Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, Managing Change, Marketing, Communications, Negotiations. Niamh has 15 years experience as a business consultant in The US, Australia and Ireland. She has presented at a number of conferences in the areas of Developing and Enterprise Culture and Youth Entrepreneurship. Patrick Lectures in the field of accounting and finance on Griffith's colleges Undergraduate courses as well as having delivered courses for Both Accounting Technicians Ireland, and the Institute of public administration. Patrick style of teaching is very much an interactive experience encouraging active involvement from the class, Patrick Also draws on a wealth of experience gained in over 12 year working in both Practice And industry to ensure that the classes are very much focussed on the real world and employers requirement. Dr John Noonan's primary qualifications are in Electronics and Telecommunications and he has spent over twenty one years in manufacturing covering areas such as Quality Assurance, Measuring and Gauge Design, Purchasing, Production Planning and Logistics/Supply Chain Management. He has over twelve years' experience lecturing including subjects ranging across Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Principles, Design, Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management and Statistical Process Control. John Noonan is currently lecturing with the University of Limerick (Departments of Mathematics and Statistics, and Design & Manufacturing Technology), and Griffith College Limerick (Departments of Engineering and Business). He is also an Academic Supervisor with the Ulearning programmes (Atlantic University Alliance) responsible for students pursuing Post- Graduate Diploma and MSc research projects. John Noonan's MSc. is in Manufacturing: Management & Technology and his PhD. focused on business excellence in Supply Chain Networks, in particular the management of contract manufacture. His research has been published across peer reviewed journals, professional journals and refereed conference proceedings. He has presented at the Logistics Research Network (LRN) and the International Purchasing and Supply Education and Research Association (IPSERA) conferences.Anne Quilter BBS, PGDE, ACCA
Anne lectures on a variety of courses for Griffith College, both for undergraduate & professional level exams. Anne is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has experience in both industry and accountancy practice. Prior to this, Anne completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Education from the University of Limerick, after obtaining her primary Degree in Business with French.
Clodagh Barry BBS MBA
Clodagh holds a Master of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University. With a keen interest in education her dissertation for her award examined Lifelong Learning. She completed a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) specialising in Marketing in 2007. Clodagh has been delivering lectures on Management and Marketing across a number of courses over the past 10 years. She currently lectures on the Bachelor of Arts (Accounting and Finance) programme and the HCB programme. She continues to pursue her studies in the area of education by currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and Training.
Mary Guerin MITI, MIATI
Mary worked for 10 years in Deloitte & Touche, where she qualified as an Accounting Technician and a Tax Consultant. She has lectured in Griffith College Limerick for 3 years as the Taxation Lecturer for the Accounting Technician of Ireland Qualification.
