Limerick is also steeped in history and the imposing 13th Century King John?s Castle and the famous Treaty Stone are located just a few hundred metres from Griffith College.
Limerick is also the sports capital of Ireland. Known as the spiritual home of Irish rugby it is also renowned for his hurling, Gaelic football, rowing and just about every other sporting activity. The people of Limerick truly love their sport.
Shannon Airport International is less than twenty kilometres from Limerick City allowing for ease of access to and from the home countries of our multinational student population.
The city is a prosperous multi ethnic centre with all cultures welcomed and catered for in terms of integration, availability of ethnic food and facilities for religious observance across many creeds.
