This programme is designed to give you the basic skills that treat every project as a process that has a logical beginning, middle and successful end.You will obtain essential skills in key areas and be able to apply what you have learned immediately on the job.

• Building accurate schedules with visible deliverables
• Assigning resources and estimates
• Calculating and managing the Critical Path
• How to use levelling capabilities of the tool to plan and control projects
• Tracking and re-planning
• Roll up of information from the task level to the project level as well as consolidating information across multiple projects
• Improving communications and decision making through accurate reporting

Graduates of Project Management can go on to complete further study in the area of project management. 

The skills developed in this programme can be applied to all areas of project management, a growing area of employment in software, pharmaceuticals, IT and healthcare.
